By accessing or purchasing from UCK ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Purchase Agreement By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Print-on-Demand Products All products are made to order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled and will issue a full refund in such cases.

3. Intellectual Property All UCK brand names, logos, designs, and content are the exclusive property of UCK. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

4. Pricing & Payment Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

5. Limitation of Liability UCK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
