Thank you for shopping with UCK. Because our products are custom-made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-Order Products All UCK products are printed and produced on demand specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 daysof delivery at team@uckbrand.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages UCK is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for unclaimed/returned packages. Reshipping fees may apply.
Refund Timeline Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
