Made-to-Order Products

All UCK products are printed and produced on demand just for your order. Because of this custom process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind. Tip: Please take a quick look at our sizing charts on the product pages before checking out to ensure the right fit!

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we are here to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at team@uckbrand.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

UCK is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for unclaimed/returned packages. Reshipping fees may apply.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
